1. You begin by filling out our family questionnaire form located below that will provide our team necessary insight on how to best assist your family.

2. We will conduct a free phone consultation with family. Our team completes this extra step to ensure that we know the ins and outs of your family and dynamic, allowing us to provide the best placement services. This also allows your family an opportunity to receive answers to any and all questions that you may have for our team.

3. Families will receive an invoice for our placement fee corresponding with their needs. The fee for our services can either be paid in full with a 40% refund if unable to provide care or a 60/40 split in which the 60% is non-refundable and the 40% is not paid until receiving placement. If placement does not come to fruition, no payment of the remaining 40% is owed.

4. Once this is completed, our team will create a group chat between parents and placement coordinators to align an outlet for easy communication between all parties.

5. Our team handles the recruitment, interviewing, skills assessment, reference calls to a minimum of three childcare related reference, surface and social background check, as well as a formal background check. The formal and final background check covers all bases from local to international records, motor vehicle records, registries, and more. You do no 'heavy lifting' or work in this regard. Our program is highly selective and we only accept the highest quality of vetted caregivers to ensure that your family and lives will be exceptionally rewarded.

6. Our team will align a virtual meeting for the initial introduction between caregiver and family. One of our team members will be in attendance for this virtual meeting to support, guide, ask further questions, and assess how the meeting goes.

7. Once the initial virtual meeting is completed, assuming both parties wish to proceed, our team will align an in person meeting within the family home.

8. If all parties wish to move forward, our team will create customized contractual agreements, handling the negotiation of wages/benefits/all contract terms. Family and provider will review and sign contracts.

9. The provider will be given the family's contact information, and will introduce themselves to open a line of communication.

10. The provider will begin working within the family home!

11. Our team members will conduct check ins weekly, then slowly taper off to monthly or bi-monthly as time continues to ensure happiness and success of placement.

Nanny:

To summarize what a nanny is can be complex. A nanny is a qualified individual who has a variety of experience with children of all ages as well as the basics of home care. A nanny will work inside the family home, providing individualized and customized care for the children and the home. Nanny positions will be different for each one, but may consist of newborn, infant, toddler, or older child care. Nannies may do feedings, changing, meal preparation, transportation, individualized lesson planning, light housekeeping, and more. Nannies typically have backgrounds in babysitting and nannying, childcare centers, and educational backgrounds in child development/childhood education. Nannies are typically contracted for 1-12 months. Nannies can be part time or full time.

Doula:

Doulas are qualified individuals with training and certifications in prepartum and postpartum women’s health and newborn/infancy studies. Doulas will provide continuous emotional and physical support to mothers as well as educational and informational advice and suggestions before, during, and after childbirth within and outside of the family home A doula will typically create customized care plans for women who have or will have given birth and may provide assistance with prepartum and postpartum care. Doulas can do many things, including building birthing plans and advocating for you during birth, or providing assistance to parents with the basics of newborn and infant development, feedings, nursing/lactation, and more. They are typically contracted to the family for the third trimester to 1-4 months after the child’s life begins “earthside.” Doulas can be part time or full time.

Night nurse:

Night nurses are individuals who are certified nurses, specializing in a newborn and infant related field. Night nurses spend nights in the family home with the newborn/infant to assist parents with night time care. Night nurses handle the feedings, changing, and sleep soothing while the parents take time to rest. Night nurses provide assistance to parents with the basics of newborn and infant development This is a perfect arrangement for families who have highly valued responsibilities during the day that may require an adequate night’s sleep. Night nurses are typically contracted to the family for the first 1-6 months (or longer) of the child’s life. Night nurses can be part time or full time.

Night nanny:

Night nanny are individuals who are not certified nurses, but still specialize in newborn and infant care. Night nannies spend nights in the family home with the newborn/infant to assist parents with night time care. Night nannies handle the feedings, changing, and sleep soothing while the parents take time to rest. Night nannies provide assistance to parents with the basics of newborn and infant development This is a perfect arrangement for families who have highly valued responsibilities during the day that may require an adequate night’s sleep. Night nannies are typically contracted to the family for the first 1-6 months (or longer) of the child’s life. Night nannies can be part time or full time.

Newborn Care Specialist:

Newborn Care Specialists (NCS) are certified caregivers who specialize solely in newborn and infant care, development, as well as support for parents on feedings, nursing/lactation, and more within the family home. NCS solely handle newborns and assist with any and all newborn needs, sometimes NCS will also tend to home care in agreed upon circumstances. NCS are typically contracted to the family for the first 1-4 months of the child’s life! NCS can be part time or full time.

Direct Hire:

With direct hire, we offer personalized searches and customized match making services based upon family dynamics, beliefs, morals, values, and lifestyles. With our direct hire, the nanny will be hired directly by the family and the family will be responsible for maintaining the pay of the nanny and upholding all legal requirements for nanny pay according to state and federal laws through the family’s resources.

With the direct hire, we offer replacements for sickness or vacation time on the nanny’s behalf, and in cases of separation between the parties as ‘After Placement Support’. After Placement Support provides occasional sitters in cases of nanny sick days, vacation time, and more. After Placement Support also provides one opportunity for a free replacement nanny in the event that the placement does not work out for any reason. With this package, you receive After Placement Support coverage for the duration of one year for a monthly installment of $85.00.

The consultation fee will be paid in full at the time of submitting the family questionnaire form via invoice.

A $75 cancellation fee applies if the form is filled out and a candidate option has been presented.

Our team handles all recruiting and vetting processes, communicating thoroughly throughout every step of the way. This includes reviewing initial applications, conducting formal interviews, a skills assessment of every nanny candidate, background searches, various reference calls and documentation of those, and virtual or in-person meet and greets as applicable.
